Terms and conditions

We are looking for Latin American and French artists ready to explore their inner depths and share their inner landscapes on the walls of Toulouse and Clermont-Ferrand.

What is Latino Graff?

Latino Graff is a non-profit organization that builds bridges between Latin America and Europe through urban art. Since its inception, we have organized an annual urban art festival in Toulouse, France, and developed artistic collaborations in Clermont-Ferrand. In 2026, we celebrated our tenth anniversary as a space for international exploration, encounter, and creativity.

Objective of the call for applications

Select artists to participate in the 2026 edition of the Latino Graff Festival under the theme “The Garden of Delusions,” through the creation of artistic interventions and murals. Registration is completely free, and participation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Who can participate?

Latin American or French artists, over 18 years of age, with a valid passport and who can demonstrate significant experience in visual arts, urban interventions, drawing, painting or large-scale illustration, may apply.

What expenses does the festival cover?

Latino Graff covers meals during the festival, accommodation, production materials for the artwork, and internal travel within the festival (e.g., Barcelona-Toulouse, Toulouse-Clermont-Ferrand). Expenses not covered include international airfare, pre-arrival transportation to Europe, visas, and health insurance. The organization will assist with documentation to facilitate the search for external funding.

The theme: "The Garden of Delusions"

Could what we call madness be an alternative form of lucidity? “The Garden of Delusions” is an invitation to cross the threshold of the visible and delve into the deepest folds of the imagination. Colombia, the guest country for 2026, contributes its voices, colors, and imagery to this fertile territory where borders dissolve. We want to explore the psyches of artists, peer into their abysses, and contemplate what usually remains hidden. Because there, where logic dissolves, everything is possible.

Previous editions

2025 - The Forest Reborn

In the face of ecological, political, and human wounds, the jungle is reborn. Not as a mere landscape, but as a symbol of resistance, memory, and life. It sprouts anew, wild and untamed, where everything seemed destroyed.

2024 - On the Other Side

For the 2024 edition, we wanted to focus primarily on tunnels as passageways, often empty and unsettling, but brimming with potential.
